My name is Joyce Veroneau and I’ve been in the real estate business for 23 years. I am a lifelong resident of the state of Maine where I graduated from high school, met my husband Pete, and raised our son, Shawn.

I started in real estate “just to give it a try” and it quickly became my passion. I find it very rewarding to help both buyers and sellers on their real estate journey. I am consistently in the Top 100 Agents for Coldwell Banker New England and in the Top 10% worldwide for Coldwell Banker agents. I became a homeowner in 1995 and I remember what a great feeling it was. I feel blessed to make dreams come true for a living!
