We’ve worked with Theresa for years, through multiple sales and purchases. Never had a bad experience. She goes above and beyond to keep her word, and has great, professional contacts for every task. She’s never steered us wrong.

Theresa was just amazing. Her knowledge on the area, the market, and homes is awesome. We were first time sellers and she helped us through every step of the process and made sure our questions were answered. She really was available 24/7 day or night and always responded to us as quick as possible. She even got us a little Maryland parting gift. The personal touches she adds to the buying/selling process are just perfect. We highly recommend her to all of our friends in the area and we would certainly use her again if we were staying in the area.

What a great experience working with Theresa! Everything was first class, and she was so responsive. We interviewed 5 different relators and Theresa made us the most comfortable of all of them. One relator told us he sold many more houses than Theresa, but he would have listed our house for $15,000 less than what Theresa recommended (I guess you can sell more houses if the price is cheaper). We got more than we hoped for by using Theresa and sold our house in just 10 days. When we had concerns and reached out to her it didn't even matter to her that she was on vacation in Myrtle Beach, she called us right away and took care of the issue sending us specific paperwork we needed from there. Theresa was great! We are very happy! She's the best!
