October’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $317,500—up 9.86% over the previous 12 months. Willimansett had 24 new listings and 24 listings that went under contract in October, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 12—up 9.09% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in November.
