I cannot say enough positive about my experience working with Kurt. Kurt is honest, smart, personable, patient, knowledgeable, hard working, a great communicator, and professional. He has a way of explaining everything extremely well, and was always able to keep me calm when things appeared to be chaotic. I would recommend Kurt and his team in a heartbeat.

Kurt had previously sold a house in our neighborhood sold it quickly in the worst times of the year to sell between Thanksgiving and Christmas. when we made an appointment with Kurt he arrived totally prepared with all the marketing tools to show us what we needed to list the house for and we had total trust with Kurt and his team.
