Kurt is a excellent source of information, he was not a local broker yet did his homework so that you'd think he was. Kurt always called and kept me informed of everything from buyers not interested to ones who were. The reason for the sale taking so long was that the first buyer went to closing and backed out. I'd recommend Kurt to first time sellers, just listen to his advice and you'll be in good shape.

By the way all Kurt's work was done even though I live 1500 miles away in Florida which made my life easy
