Sheri was very informed and knew the area. She enjoyed doing the research needed. She was very good at negotiating and informed us of the new laws in Massachusetts.
We had many showings right away and sold quickly.

The staging and photos of the place were excellent.

Communication towards the end as far as closing dates was not the best but in the end everything worked out. I would use her again and recommend her to others looking to sell.
