Sabrina did an excellent job with a very challenging property. She was knowledgeable and patient with all the issues that arose. I live out of state and she made sure that all contractors and inspectors had access to the property when they needed it. I know there were days I wasn't the best client, and she treated me with respect and professionalism.

Sabrina and I had started discussing my home in early 2017. She kept in contact with me as the market changed and alerted me when she felt my home reached the value I was seeking.

Her networking really made the difference. My home sold fast and the process was smooth and relatively easy. Sabrina’s knowledge and assistance was a huge help.

Sabrina provided excellent advice and saved me time and money; there were some projects I intended to tackle before going on the market but she counseled me to wait. The times were not brought up by the buyers.

Sabrina was a great asset in helping me with the sale of my home. I lived there for nearly 18 years; she kept me grounded and focused. I appreciate it!
