Recent rolling three-month data through September 2026 shows Schulze in the middle of a noticeable reset. Typical home values jumped more than a quarter just since early summer, while the median list price moved lower month over month, and months of supply nearly doubled to 6.8 as homes now sit a median of 50 days on the market.
