Conditions still lean toward sellers, with a market gauge of 24 and roughly 24% of homes selling above list price, yet buyers are seeing slightly shorter marketing times than the prior month as days on market dipped about 4.35%.
Looking ahead to March 2026, typical home values are projected to move toward $210,500 even as the projected median list price trends modestly lower to about $197,350.
