Jackson County had 180 new listings and 183 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 503—down 3.82% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
Of those 503 active listings, 33.6% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Jackson County grew 3.59% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $229,450. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
