We worked with Adam recently and the experience was amazing. Being a first-time home buyer, we were clueless and had lot of questions, but Adam helped us out days and nights. Many times, our preferences changed and there were periods of indecisiveness, but Adam kept us going and it was worthwhile. Although he has many clients, he makes you feel like you are the only person he is working with. He has really good knowledge of local market and good contacts as well. Once we found a perfect home that’s when Adam worked his way out and used his contacts. The whole process was finished within 15 days and we could not even believe that how quickly we bought the home that we dreamed of. Adam was wonderful to work with. I was a new home owner and unsure if I wanted to own or continue renting and I had a decent list of "must haves". Adam was extremely patient and understanding through the entire process. Even after I told him I needed to take a break from looking at condos, he kept me in mind when new listings became available eventually leading me to finding my dream home that checked all the boxes. Adam was excellent while working with us. He showed us a few different places during the COVID lockdown and he was able to find the right spot for us in a timely manner. He was quick with responses, available whenever we had questions, and provided thorough explanations if there were extra steps that were needed because of the COVID lockdown. We needed a little bit later due date for the place we found, and he was able to negotiate on our behalf for what we needed. We could not be more pleased with how Adam worked with us.
