Lapeer County had 116 new listings and 108 listings that went under contract in October, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 248—down 9.49% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in November.
Of those 248 active listings, 31.05% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Lapeer County fell 4.14% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $324,950. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to fall.
