You might notice we share the same last name, Chad’s my cousin. Over the past ten years, I’ve watched him grow his real estate platform through social media, and now I fully understand why he’s growing so quickly. I can't speak highly enough of my home buying experience with Chad Hagar. I was a first-time homebuyer with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. I met with a couple of realtors before Chad, but I knew instantly upon our meeting that he was the one for me. He is honest and hands-on (not afraid to get down and dirty to show potential problems during a showing), and extremely hard working and diligent in his work. He was so knowledgeable about the local area and the housing worth from inside to out. He really helped to take the pressure off of me.

We ended up seeing around 7 showings and I never once felt forced to make an offer. When I finally found the "one", which was slated for sale by owner, (and ended up in a huge bidding war), Chad walked me through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that I write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us.
