Midland County’s housing market has cooled in some ways compared to last year while activity has picked up. Typical home values are down about 8 percent year over year, even as the median list price is up nearly 8 percent. Buyers are also seeing more options, with active listings up more than 46 percent and homes sold up about 29 percent compared to a year ago.
