Year over year, St. Joseph County’s prices are mixed, with the typical home value down about 5 percent while the median list price is up more than 30 percent. Inventory has grown nearly 10 percent over the past year, and months of supply has more than doubled to 3.5 months. Homes are taking much longer to sell, with median days on market up sharply compared with last July.
