Anoka County is currently tilted toward sellers, with a market gauge reading of 25 and just 1.8 months of supply. Homes are moving at a median of 20 days on market, much faster than what is typical in a balanced market. Compared with Minnesota overall, where months of supply sits at 2.6, local conditions are tighter for buyers here.

May data shows that demand has picked up while prices have edged down slightly.
