Ann and Scott were very nice to work with. They met our expectations and in the end, helped us feel as though we succeeded in both selling our home and buying another. Personally, I wish I had done some additional research on dual agency prior to going through the process because we ended up in a situation where our agent also represented the buyer of our home. I think our agent did a nice job of managing the situation although it was difficult to feel as though they had our ultimate best interests in mind throughout. I don't think this is a reflection of the agent as much as it is about the flawed nature of dual-agency. At the end of the day, it limits you (and your agent's) negotiating power. If I could do it all over again (with any agent), I'd strike dual agency from our agreement and not allow it.

It was a pleasure to work with Scott to purchase my first Single-Family home. He was patient throughout the entire process and more than accommodating to our schedule. We went out on several evenings and weekends to look at several homes that we had worked together to select based upon my criteria. Scott was able to provide great insights into the various communities and being a contractor he was able to provide a lot of information regarding the workmanship and quality of the homes we had viewed. Scott was genuine and we did not feel at all pressured throughout the process. He ultimately helped us determine the pros and cons of each choice and ultimately helped us find a home that met all of our search criteria. We were so thrilled with the service that Scott provided that we also had his wife Ann help us sell our previous townhome. During the purchasing process Scott made sure that we were always on top of things whether it was the mortgage or switching the utilities. Additionally, even after the sale Scott has followed up several times to check in and make sure things were going well.

I would strongly encourage anyone looking at purchasing a home in the future to work with Scott. We couldn't be happier with the service.

The best agent! She is fast, dedicated, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. She gives a lot of helpful suggestions and she cares about details. She sold our house in 3 weeks during thanksgiving season when everybody was busy on the holiday things instead of house hunting.
