Inventory in Camden has expanded in this rolling three-month view, with active listings up more than 10 percent year over year and sitting at 245 homes. Months of supply has more than doubled compared with a year ago to about 3.2 months, signaling more options even though the market gauge still classifies conditions as a seller’s market.
