Speed of sale has picked up notably over the past year, with median days on market down about 19 percent and roughly four in ten homes going off the market within two weeks. Even with only about 1.6 months of supply, Washington County is leaner than the broader Nebraska market, which sits at about 2.5 months of supply, pointing to conditions that still favor sellers overall.
