Erin was absolutely fantastic to work with and we are so happy with our home selling experience! We sold our home with her earlier this year and it was a bit complicated to start - we were out of state already so the process had to be fully remote, plus we were listing at a not-so-great time of year for home sales. Erin went above and beyond, she was always available by phone/text/FaceTime, went and physically checked on things for us at the house (since we could not) whenever we needed her to, and helped strategize on price and timing. She is so friendly and professional, and we were so well taken care of with her. 10/10 recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home in the Elkhorn/Omaha area!

We chose Jamie Jordening as our realtor. That was the right move for us. What a blessing. Jamie was personally on top of things for us throughout the entire process and he stayed on top of things right through to the end when we closed. Jamie was personally right there with us. He listened to us as to what we were looking for and why we were looking for a house to buy. He did not waste our time. In fact, to all observations, anyone would have thought Jamie was the one who was looking to purchase a house. He made certain that what we were looking for was the kind of a house that he would have no problem moving into for his own family. The word to describe Jamie is “trustworthy.” Well, my wife and I trusted Jamie and we were never disappointed.

Jamie also quickly and expertly answered our questions and began helping us search out the kind of a unit that would fit our needs. He personally saw to it that every matter involved in our search and purchase went smoothly, and when there were some “hiccups” he stepped in, oversaw the matters himself, and worked them out for us.

We knew from the start we were not alone in the process because Jamie was right there at our side, shoulder to shoulder with us in every aspect of our search. When we were not actually physically together, and phone, email or text message was in order, Jamie was always available to us, returning our calls in a timely manner if he happened not to be available right at the moment of our call; and that even included occasions when our “by phone” inquiries were made well after normal working hours. Jamie was always cheerful, positive and friendly, and he took the time and spent the time with us we needed as he guided us throughout the process.

Jamie arranged for viewings and made them work with our schedule and seamlessly integrated us into his schedule. When we viewed a possible unit Jamie was right there with us as we looked it over, and he pointed out things that we might have missed as well as giving us tips as to how to evaluate the unit we were previewing. We felt as if Jamie were a member of our family as he worked with us, talked things over with us, and made things happen.

We can tell you without hesitation that Jamie has a place at our table in our home anytime. He has our highest endorsement. Jamie Jordening is the kind of realtor that we think all other realtors would do well to emulate.

Nick was so wonderful and easy to work with! As first time home-buyers, my husband and I were beyond impressed with how easy Nick made the entire process from booking a showing to closing day. He was very knowledgeable and honest with us when we went into the first (and only) home we looked at... within 10 hours he was calling us to tell us our offer was accepted and had us signing everything via DocuSign. He was always available to answer questions and very willing to meet us at the house a couple times before closing so we could see it again.
