July’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $217,450—down 3.36% over the previous 12 months. Clovis had 51 new listings and 64 listings that went under contract in July, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 166—down 7.78% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in August.
Of those 166 active listings, 45.18% reduced their price in the month of July. The median listing price for homes in Clovis grew 11.07% from June to July, bringing the current median listing price to $249,900. Based on projected data for August, listing prices may continue to grow.
