“Christopher Beal was chosen by my hubby and I after interviewing a few realtors. We were new to San Antonio and were looking for someone who was responsive, knew the stress well and had great work ethic. The bonus was that he is a Veteran and was well versed on how to use our VA Loan. Christopher took the time to go over pros and cons of each house we looked at and even brought up stuff we didn't think about. He didn't make me feel rushed, even though I'm sure we weren't his biggest client. He didn't just sell us a house and disappear. When I had questions after closing, he was there to answer just as efficiently as before. When the time comes to either sell out buy another home here in San Antonio, Christopher will be my first phone call!”

Suzanne’s expertise in the real estate market was evident throughout the entire process. She provided invaluable insights into the Oriental market, property values, and neighborhoods. Her attention to detail was excellent, was friendly and responsive, and was an outstanding and open communicator. She was always available to answer our questions and was proactive in keeping us updated on any developments. We wholeheartedly recommend Suzanne to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Her passion for real estate, combined with her professionalism and caring nature, makes her an exceptional choice. We would reach out to her again in a heartbeat for any real estate needs.”

“Ed McCutcheons long experience in the home business from managing to selling gives him an advantage in closing the deal. His attention to detail in planning and execution of the plans is excellent. He was always available for questions. The few times he could not be there he made sure we had a very reliable partner, Jerry Hurst to step in and help. Thanks Ed, for making our buying and selling experiance enjoyable. We had a few bumps in process but you steered us through them smoothly. JoAnn and Bob”
“Kerry was very casual yet professional. Easy to get along with and listened to our needs in a home. He offered advice when viewing certain homes and pointed out things that would need improvement rather then just looking for a sale. He made the entire process simple and easy.”
“Lolli is extremely professional and has become a close friend and a trustworthy person in my life. My personal experience with her in selling my home this last time was extremely difficult with factors beyond both of our control and she handled it with poise and integrity and she could have walked away at any time but she stuck it out because she cared about me and my children and making sure I was taken care of in the end. She cares about her clients and I trust her judgment implicitly. I would recommend her 100 times over.”
“Dan was very professional throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable about the neighborhood and broader trends and we were able to respond quickly to market conditions. Dan is very fair, honest, and trustworthy. He is also candid about the condition of the property but strives to get the most value possible for the seller out of the sale. He hired a professional photographer which helped with marketing the property and bringing out its best features. We would recommend Dan to our family and friends.”
“They told me they would sell my condo and they did. They were very professional and did everything they said. There was plenty of communication and feedback. They did a great job of advertising the property. I have know hesitation to use them in the future. Awesome job!!”

“Thank you Kimberly for all you did for my family.. we appreciate everything you did.”
“With the housing market being as competitive as it is this year, Tom really impressed me by showing us properties mere hours after they had been listed, giving us an edge on other buyers. That included properties outside of Bismarck city limits; he showed us houses in many parts of rural ND (at our request), frequently on weekends and after business hours. This made me feel like a valued client and directly contributed to my ability to become a first-time home owner. I highly recommend Tom!”
“It was a pleasure working with Landen. He was very knowlegable, trustworthy and reduced his commission to make the deal work for both the buyer and seller. He held our hand every step of the way ensurning a smooth closing. He is a 5-Star Realtor.”
