Ricky is the the best realtor in the area, he is of the highest integrity, he knows his stuff, and I found myself looking to him immediately when I didn't understand something about the home buying process or even after the purchase, things like what trash service to use - he helped with all of it. When we looked at homes he pointed things out I never thought to look for, he was very responsive and always got back to me the same day. He had great recommendations for services like inspectors and knows what everyone in the area offers. He is honest and fair, and worked with my somewhat unique situation to make things fair for all parties. I would buy a home with Ricky again, and will sell my home with Ricky. There's no one better!

Rick was beyond incredible! Our experience was a long roller coaster adventure, and we faced several situations he has never seen before but he handled each one for us and guided us through a lot of craziness. We were both fully remote and Rick accommodated that completely, oftentimes running out to see a house just after I texted him about it.
