Evelyn's knowledge is priceless! She knows everything there is to know about selling/buying a home. There is so much more to selling than just the surface items that we thought about. There's everything leading up to the closing, from prepping the house to get ready for pictures to list the home, to preparing for the closing. There wasn't a question or problem we had that she didn't know the answer to or how to solve our problem! She genuinely loves her job and helping people! It shows in her dedication. We felt like we were her only clients, though I know there were many more! Evelyn is amazing!!

Evelyn was very helpful to my wide and I about realistic pricing and being able to bring in the property at a actual sellable price. Of course, as seller, we wanted to start high and hold out of a higher price. Unfortunately, a sorry mortgage company declined the buyer after a complete pre approval letter. And then a tricky boyfriend who tried to hook up his fiancé/buyer with a personal buddy who worked for a different mortgage company, so he could get a kickback on the commission screwed that buyer out of the deal. The shame was that she really loved the place, but dynamics of incompetence and greed robbed that buyer of her dream home. On the sellers side, Evelyn did a great job trying to corrall several deals that should been no Brainers. She always promised us a sale/said it would just take the right buyer. They came along, paying cash, not wanting any upgrade, closing costs or repairs to the unit. the unit is now closed. I'm very happy for new owner, they have the best!!
