Evelyn's knowledge is priceless! She knows everything there is to know about selling/buying a home. There is so much more to selling than just the surface items that we thought about. There's everything leading up to the closing, from prepping the house to get ready for pictures to list the home, to preparing for the closing. There wasn't a question or problem we had that she didn't know the answer to or how to solve our problem! She genuinely loves her job and helping people! It shows in her dedication. We felt like we were her only clients, though I know there were many more! Evelyn is amazing!!
