This sale was a real long shot. The home was for sale with tenants (1 1/2 years remaining on lease) so not too many buyers interested. To add more stress, this sale was a contingency for another property we were buying in another county. Amy along with her expert assistant, Britany, juggled issues with buyers, tenants, and contractors while coordinating with our seller's realty team. This would not have closed without her amazing organization and perserverance. Amy and Britany are also personally a delight to work with.
