This sale was a real long shot. The home was for sale with tenants (1 1/2 years remaining on lease) so not too many buyers interested. To add more stress, this sale was a contingency for another property we were buying in another county. Amy along with her expert assistant, Britany, juggled issues with buyers, tenants, and contractors while coordinating with our seller's realty team. This would not have closed without her amazing organization and perserverance. Amy and Britany are also personally a delight to work with.

We purchased a home on contingency in Tennessee. We had little time to sell our property in CA. We had our residence on the market on 10.17.24 and had an offer on Friday, the next day. We had eight offers and bound into escrow on 10.28.24. It was not an EZ close, as our HOA, delayed our close for two days. However, Ms Mosley & her assistant, Brittany, ran interference, not only, w/ our HOA, but, Buyer's agent, agents in TN, both loan companies, and escrow and title co. to close our transaction damn near on schedule. We are now, CA. transplants, with jobs transfers to TN. If you trust in anyone, trust in Amy and, you too, shall be rewarded by a true professional.
