La Tierra’s rolling three-month snapshot through June 2026 shows some sharp month-to-month movements, especially on the listing side, with the median list price jumping nearly 70 percent and new listings surging 500 percent compared with the prior three-month period. Activity has picked up, as homes sold doubled and pending sales climbed 150 percent, while active listings rose about 29 percent.
