La Tierra’s rolling three-month snapshot through July 2026 shows some notable short-term shifts, with the median list price jumping more than 14 percent month over month while the typical home value edged down slightly. Inventory also increased, as active listings rose over 22 percent and months of supply climbed from 3.8 to 5.6, suggesting more options and a bit more breathing room for shoppers.
