A few months ago I mentioned to a friend of mine how I wanted to start my search for a new home. So he put me on a 3 way text with Yara, as a first time introduction and I must say it was the best thing that happened to me in a long time. She text me right away and stayed in constant communication with me whether via email, text or a phone call. I never felt alone through my process. Yara listed my co-op and it sold the first day above my listing price. Yara was wonderful throughout the entire sales process. She was always in contact with updates and responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. I was always in the loop about the progress of the transaction. The closing went off without any issues.
