Over the rolling three months through July 2026, Mar-Mac home values and asking prices have both risen compared with a year earlier. The typical home value is up about 5 percent year over year, and the median list price has grown at a similar pace. At the same time, homes are taking much longer to sell than a year ago, with median days on market surging and inventory lasting longer.
In the latest period, buyers are seeing more options, as active listings are up more than 18 percent from last year and sit at 27 homes.
