My wife and I are a Real Estate Team; Rachel covers the buyer side, and I primarily handle the listing side. We are world travelers (31 countries and counting—we lived in Portugal for 2 years!), foodies (we love trying new restaurants, diners, and cafes!), and we enjoy going to Broadway shows and musicals. We are also strong advocates for foster care and adoption, having adopted our two daughters from foster care. Together, we are world-class real estate agents. We had a fantastic experience with CJ and Rachel! CJ talked us through what we could expect selling our previous home, and had excellent tips for how to process competitively and build interest. With the Mark Spain team, they had beautiful photos of the home taken, and we ended up with a great offer within a day of listing. Couldn't have asked for a smoother process!
