We have now worked with Iliana on two homes and she is fantastic! Very helpful
She goes above and beyond. Helped with inspection services, pest control services & surveyors for property. She met with some of them at the house when we were not available.

Iliana went above & beyond helping us find our home. We were in a time crunch and she made the hunt for a new home such a pleasure. We were moving to North Carolina from Florida, did not have any set destination in mind & she took the time to listen to what we wanted in a home and located several we had not been aware of.
Iliana helped us find our mortgage broker, helped find companies for fencing, made many calls to utility companies making sure we would have everything we needed when we arrived.
