I cannot say enough good about Ava! She was a wealth of knowledge. The level of communication was phenomenal! She stayed a step ahead of everything during the process. She never came to us with an issue without also have a solution. Anytime we had questions, she fielded them herself instead of telling us who to get a hold of. Ava was attentive, she really listened to me. Showed me houses in my price range. When first few houses fell through, she was not deterred. Was persistant in showing me other houses. Answered my calls and tm after hrs easy to talk to. Understanding, compassionate. Worked closely with mortgage broker to get me approved and help me find the right house. I was even able to close one day before schedule. Would DEFINITELY use again, and I HIGHLY recommend!
