“Ryan made our selling process quick and painless! He took time out of his day to swing by and do a walk through of our home to suggest things we would need to update in order to make a fast sale. We took his advice and when it was time to finally list it, we had 5 showing and 3 offers in the first day! By the next morning we accepted an offer and had the closing set for a little over a month away! Ryan was professional to work with and very patient with all the questions we had about the selling process. He would respond to all messages promptly and if he didn't have an answer to what we were asking, he would figure it out and get back to us! We couldn't have chosen a better realtor to work with and would highly recommend him to all our family and friends!”
