Walsh County had 6 new listings and 9 listings that went under contract in May, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 18—down 18.18% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in June.

Of those 18 active listings, 33.33% reduced their price in the month of May. The median listing price for homes in Walsh County grew 87.39% from April to May, bringing the current median listing price to $278,750. Based on projected data for June, listing prices may continue to grow.
