Inventory in Ashland County has expanded modestly, with active listings up from last month and slightly higher than a year ago. New listings also edged up month over month, while homes sold rose compared with both last month and last year. Purchase activity is especially strong, as pending sales jumped by more than a quarter from May and are up sharply year over year.
