January’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $71,750—up 2.43% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $125,000 in Cleveland for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $125,000 in February.

Collinwood-Nottingham had 52 new listings and 49 listings that went under contract in January, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 45—up 9.76% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in February.

The median listing price for homes in Collinwood-Nottingham grew 7.22% from December to January, bringing the current median listing price to $104,000. Based on projected data for February, listing prices may continue to grow.
