Robin DeFleice here—born and raised in Cleveland and now proudly calling Euclid home. I work part-time as a substitute teacher and volunteer at the Greater Cleveland Food Bank on Waterloo, which keeps me closely connected to the community I serve.

Before becoming a real estate agent, I worked as a mental health case manager, where I saw firsthand how challenging it can be for individuals and families to find stable housing. Many were actively trying but faced real barriers that made the process overwhelming.

When I purchased my own home, I realized how powerful the right guidance and support can be. That experience inspired me to pursue real estate so I could help others successfully navigate their path to homeownership.

My personal mission has always been, “Cheerfully Serving Our Community.” Today, I proudly add, “Promoting Homeownership,” as I work to support and empower clients every step of the way.
