Olentangy’s rolling three-month data through May 2026 shows home values trending higher than a year ago. The typical home value is up about 10% year over year, outpacing the broader Columbus area, where prices rose just over 7%. Inventory has also increased compared with last year, with months of supply more than doubling even as it still reflects a seller-leaning market.
