Year over year, Fairfax’s rolling three-month data shows home values climbing, with the typical home value up about 18 percent compared to last June. At the same time, homes sold increased around 41 percent, even as new listings fell more than 58 percent, highlighting strong demand against tighter supply.
In the latest three-month period ending in June 2026, the typical home value sits near $350,000 while the median list price is slightly lower at about $314,000. Inventory remains limited at 22 active listings and about 3.2 months of supply, pointing to conditions that still lean toward sellers.
Homes are moving faster than a year ago, with median days on market at 38 and roughly 59 percent of listings going off market within two weeks.
