Ottawa County home prices have climbed notably over the past year, with the typical home value up about 13% year over year in July 2026. Listing prices have risen even faster, jumping nearly 24% from a year ago. Months of supply has more than doubled over the same period, signaling more options for shoppers than last summer even though conditions still lean toward sellers.
