Only about a quarter of recent sales closed above list price and the average sale-to-list ratio is just under 98 percent, suggesting buyers have some room to negotiate. Compared with Ohio as a whole, where months of supply is just 2.7, Vinton County offers buyers considerably more options and time to decide.
