Pawnee County had 18 new listings and 7 listings that went under contract in October, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 69—up 13.11% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in November.
Of those 69 active listings, 27.54% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Pawnee County fell 24.79% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $180,500. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to fall.
