Pawnee County had 16 new listings and 15 listings that went under contract in July, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 52—down 8.77% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in August.
Of those 52 active listings, 53.85% reduced their price in the month of July. The median listing price for homes in Pawnee County fell 35.31% from June to July, bringing the current median listing price to $149,750. Based on projected data for August, listing prices may continue to fall.

In July 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 53 days, compared to 76 days in July 2024.
