Ponca City home values have moved higher over the past year, with the typical home value up more than 13 percent in this rolling three-month view. Asking prices have climbed even faster, with the median list price rising about 25 percent year over year. At the same time, inventory is slightly lower than a year ago, with active listings down a bit.
