Inventory in Aloha has expanded in the latest rolling three‑month period, with active listings up more than 20% year over year and months of supply at 2.4, still pointing to a seller’s market. Contract activity is also gaining momentum, as homes sold and pending sales have each risen by roughly one‑third compared with a year ago, indicating that buyers are absorbing the added supply.
