My focus is on two kinds of clients. The first are people going through a downsizing transition. Moving to a smaller or single-level home is a big decision, and it comes with a lot of timing and logistics. I help clients sort out what to do first, how to price and prepare the home they're leaving, and how to find the right place to land. The second group consists of investors looking at short-term rentals. I help them evaluate properties, understand what the numbers need to look like, and avoid common mistakes before they buy.
Before real estate, I studied mechanical engineering and worked in education. That shaped how I work. I break big decisions into clear steps, explain things in plain language, and make sure nobody feels rushed or confused.
I handle the whole process, including client communication, listing copy, and transaction coordination, so my clients always know where things stand and what comes next. I also write real estate content for people in the middle of major life changes, and I serve on the board of an international nonprofit.
A home sale takes a lot of professionals working together, and I take care to bring in the right ones, from lenders and inspectors to contractors and title reps. I expect their best work because my clients deserve to move forward with confidence. My goal is that six months later, my clients are fully satisfied they made the right decision.

Overall rating 100/10. Adrian was on top of everything, from the paperwork to meeting us at homes, and he made the whole process so much easier. We first contacted him in 2019 when we had no idea what we were doing, and he guided us smoothly through closing. Before we knew it we were moving in. Seven years later we decided to sell, and we knew right away we had to hire Adrian again. He was on it immediately, with great communication and reassurance, always there for calls, texts and questions. Realtors have always rubbed me the wrong way, but Adrian was the complete opposite. We felt comfortable and actually understood what was going on and where the money was going. He helped in every way he could, even before the house hit the market.
