As first time home buyers we had an incredible experience working with Andrew to buy our dream home!

Within five days of meeting Andrew, he helped us qualify for financing, tour more than a dozen houses, put together an offer on our favorite one and go under contract! Our toddler had such a blast touring houses with him that we were able to focus on moving forward even though we were visiting from out-of-state. I don’t think this would have been possible with any other realtor.

Andrew helped us navigate an intimidating process in a way that was easy (and frankly enjoyable!). He worked closely with his finance guy (Chris Cayo at Guild Mortgage) to keep everything moving along with minimal bumps and get us the best possible deal. He kept checking in well after closing and gave great recommendations for carpet and home cleaners, which made settling into our new home so much easier.

Andrew is a very personable person to talk to and answer questions and gave great recommendations when asked and pointed out things that I was unaware of throughout the process. He was easy to reach throughout the day and worked around my schedule to see houses and have conversations. He was a great help for this first time home buyer.
