December’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the neighborhood to be $675,310—down 5.24% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, city-level data pegged home values at $737,500 in West Linn for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $732,500 in January.
Robinwood had 10 new listings and 13 listings that went under contract in December, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 9—down 10.0% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in January.
The median listing price for homes in Robinwood grew 11.9% from November to December, bringing the current median listing price to $799,450. Based on projected data for January, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose year-over-year. In December 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 43 days, compared to 30 days in December 2024.
