It was a great pleasure working with Joe! At the time I posted the house for sale by owner I’ve met a tons of realtors who came and offered their help. When Joe came , he showed me all of the information on the appraised value of the house, how everything is calculated and explained the steps and outcome. Not to mention that he was very professional, good looking young man who listened me and just offered his help if I change my mind and decide to hire a realtor later. He didn’t abuse me by calling to see if I’m succeeding in selling my house and honestly there was no need to do it , he had done all of work during our first meeting.
