“Katelyn is absolutely THE BEST real estate agent!! Her professionalism, friendliness, caring, kindness and knowledge made the entire process so smooth and easy. Katelyn would text us listings and we would offer feedback, and if we had any questions about properties she would give us feedback, websites, photos, etc. We visited TN and set up showings with Katelyn and we looked at over a dozen houses; Katelyn had no problem meeting us at the houses and she answered my many texts no matter the time of day or night, and would get back to me promptly. Her knowledge of the area and different homes was just amazing and she made a stressful time very easy and exciting! Katelyn told us that we would find our perfect home, that it was out there, and I trusted her 100%. She is very caring and warm, and throughout the whole process she kept us updated daily by text. I very highly recommend Katelyn and I will miss working with her so much!”

“I reached out to Brad a few years ago about the sell & purchase of a home. He was well versed with my neighorhood. We looked at other houses, but ultimately decided to stay in Christiana. However, as time continued on, I stayed in contact with him in regards to the market of the neighborhood. Knowing I wasn't ready to sell, he was patient and professional in answering my questions and not abandonig me like some other agents might have. Fast forward to current day and it was a very seamless process to put my house on the market and to get it sold. Did not take long at all. Lots of creativeness was involved and I apprecaite that. Even had an issue with the Title Company and Brad took care of it though it was not his obligation or responbility. Brad went Above and Beyond is how I would summarize it. Thanks, Brad”

“Brooke has always made my family and I feel like a priority. This was our second time around selling and buying a new home with Brooke, and this time was just as easy as the first. We had a few hiccups and disappointments looking at different properties, but she was positive and reassuring during the entire process and thoroughly worked with us and our needs as a family. We found a home we trusted and we could not thank Brooke enough. She's turned in to a dear friend and someone we whole heartedly trust. I will forever refer her to others. “This was a very easy and satisfying system to use for the sale of my house. My agent, Steven Ford, was very professional and up front with all information concerning my house value, what the market would pay, and guiding me through the sale. He was very knowledgeable and walked me through all aspects of the whole process to get the best price and the sale handled as quickly as possible. He always made sure I understood what the process was, and that I was happy with the price of the house and the cost of escrow and commissions. I would recommend Steven Ford as the utmost professional in helping to sell any house. Thank you for getting me in touch with this great person.”
