Paris was a fortunate discovery during our recent home search. Of all the agents I contacted, not only did Paris respond quickly, he sent me information and research on the local and national real estate markets and trends - something no one else did. Our friends had urged us to call their agent, but I said no, I've found an outstanding one - when I told them his name, HE was the one they all loved and recommended! Paris has proven to be an invaluable partner with fast and helpful responses, which was especially helpful because we were moving from another city 2 hours away. Even when we asked to see houses within the next 2 days, Paris unfailingly responded positively and had a full day of viewings set up for us. I found a house I just loved, but the steep driveway worried me that it would be too difficult for my husband to navigate on his motorcycle. So Paris went to the house and videoed himself riding his own bike up and down the driveway with no difficulty! We closed on that house this morning. Paris is just wonderful.
