Katelyn is absolutely THE BEST real estate agent!! Her professionalism, friendliness, caring, kindness and knowledge made the entire process so smooth and easy. Katelyn would text us listings and we would offer feedback, and if we had any questions about properties she would give us feedback, websites, photos, etc. We visited TN and set up showings with Katelyn and we looked at over a dozen houses; Katelyn had no problem meeting us at the houses and she answered my many texts no matter the time of day or night, and would get back to me promptly. Her knowledge of the area and different homes was just amazing and she made a stressful time very easy and exciting! Katelyn told us that we would find our perfect home, that it was out there, and I trusted her 100%. She is very caring and warm, and throughout the whole process she kept us updated daily by text.
