Katelyn's help thoughout the complete process of researching the market, showing multiple properties, her flexibility, her knowledge of the various homes, the locations was by far one of the best I have ever had. The current rating system is not sufficent to provide a true measure of the work that Ketelyn did going above and beyond every expectation at every point in the process. When we could not find a home at the price point we orginially wanted, we told her we would increase the price point and she handled that with a full new list of homes within 24 hours we could review. Katelyn was the most patient, and hard working person that we could've had during this process. She never gave up, and we were on quite the time crunch with a baby coming the same year we were first time home buying. She answered every question she could, and if she couldn't she had the best connections. She was very much client advocate mindset, and never made us feel as if we were being taken advantage of, or did she not have the best interest for us. With this being new for us we had no idea what we were doing. But she did, and had connections to follow. Which speaks a lot of her character having multiple people that enjoy her presence! We were sent her direction by some friends, but we couldn't have been partnered with a better realtor if we tried. She was there for the biggest moment of our lives, or should I say one of the biggest. I will forever be grateful, and always recommend her to anyone who asks for a realtor!
