Katelyn Warren

Katelyn was the most patient, and hard working person that we could've had during this process. She never gave up, and we were on quite the time crunch with a baby coming the same year we were first time home buying. She answered every question she could, and if she couldn't she had the best connections. She was very much client advocate mindset, and never made us feel as if we were being taken advantage of, or did she not have the best interest for us. With this being new for us we had no idea what we were doing. But she did, and had connections to follow. Which speaks a lot of her character having multiple people that enjoy her presence! We were sent her direction by some friends, but we couldn't have been partnered with a better realtor if we tried. She was there for the biggest moment of our lives, or should I say one of the biggest. I will forever be grateful, and always recommend her to anyone who asks for a realtor!

Katelyn was nice to work with but she had me working mostly with one of her associates who was new as a realtor. They were too quick to lower the price of the home. If I would have listened to their advice, it would have cost me over 20K. The house sold the next day after I declined their advice.
