Katelyn was honestly such a blessing to have on our side during the selling and buying process! As only 2nd time homebuyers, we had never been through the process of selling a house while also hunting for our next home. It was so stressful and on days when I just felt totally overwhelmed, Katelyn was always there to calm me down and offer words of advice. We needed our home to go under contract quickly while also hoping the buyers would be okay with a slower closing than normal while we waiting for our new home to get done and this is EXACTLY what Katelyn did! We listed our property on a Thursday, Katelyn hosted an open house on the following Saturday, and the next day is was SOLD! We don't plan on selling/moving again any time soon but I would 100% use Katelyn again in a heartbeat. She will be completely honest with you, keep you in the know, and is all about teamwork.
